Hiya, The News button is missing from my Go menu on the Category list on the Commands list on the Toolbar Customization in Outlook 2003. Therefore I cannot drag it onto the Advanced Toolbar and cannot get the newsreader up.

I have read receipts turned on my client, Outlook 2003 running off an Exchange 2003 server. They work fine - I send an email to someone, and I get the receipt when it's opened.

For a couple of our Outlook 2000 users mail is being sent to thier inbox in bundles. they will go an hour with out mail then all of a sudden 15 messages will drop in. this does not happen to everyone just a couple. any ideas.
