When trying to run a manual archive, the process seems to run yet the archive folder is empty and no messages have been removed from the inbox. How can I fix this? it's running Office 2000.

How do I install Office 2003 without it picking up my old data? I have uninstalled and reinstalled but it comes up with all the same stuff as before. I want to do a clean install as if office was never befor installed on my machine. There must be a way to do this ?

Testing Windows XP sp2 Firewall in "domian" disabled via GPO - and confirmed that it is not enabled on any network interfaces. So - firewall should be "off". Exchange server is 2003/2003 - and is unchanged/untouched.
