I can see and search all non archived posts and I can see archived posts, but I cannot search through the archive.pst all I get is a message saying it is in use, close any application that is using it and try again.

When I send attachments, instead of the file being sent as an attached file in the native format (Word, PowerPoint etc) the file is converted to a zip file. How can I stop this, or prevent it from occuring?
