My flags do not work. I am using them correctly.."follow-up" "flag" but they do not take 100% of the time. Sometimes I can use them other times they don't work or when they do they won't clear. I tried "detect and repair" but they are still unstable.

After I click the "send/receive" button, I get a message box that tells me the Outlook is sending and receiving messages. However, it does not tell me the number of messages being downloaded. Outlook 97 had this feature.
