When I close MSN Messenger (Version 6.2 run on Windows XP), the System Tray still shows MSN Messenger icon. Is there a way in the setting (likely in the registry) that I can set to exit the MSN Messenger icon in System Tray when I close MSN Messenger?

How to set up a news reader? I clicked on Toolbar options arrow, pointed to Add or Remove Buttons and then clicked Customize. I cannot click News and drag it over Go menu in the Commands list since it's not present there.

In Outlook 2003, I am unable to turn on the Reading Pane for the Drafts folder. Is this by design? Or is there something I am overlooking? Neither the Reading Pane button or menu selections are available when the Drafts folder is selected.

In Outlook 2000, clicking the Move to Folder button displayed a dropdown box with the names of folders that I previously moved messaged to. It also had a button to browse to and select other folders. In OL2003, the Move to Folder button seems to only display a pop-up window

I've just installed Outlook 2000. I tried to add my mail account from hotmail, but the drop down list only has POP3 and IMAP options, not the HTTP option that Outlook Express has. How can I configure my hotmail account in Outlook?
