Why when I do a restart on my system does Outlook not shut down and tells me that I have to go to the application and close it. Seems that just about every other program will shut down when the system issues a shutdown to it. Why not Outlook?

Here is my problem. I am using Outlook 2000 as my email and have it setup to edit my messages with word 97 when I reply or forward them. The problem is when they come in html format it does not edit them with word when I reply

my outlook 2003 toolbar on the bottom has gone funny, when I have it on quick launch it goes double the normal height, the clock and start up icons on the far right are stacked one on top of the others, if I remove quick launch they go back to normal, Ive tried dragging it

is it possible to de-activate the attachment possibility in outlook 2003? customer wants all users to be able to receive attachments with their mail but he does not want them to be able to send a mail with an attachment. can this be don in the registry?

My boss wants to be able to delete email without having the person with 'Read Receipt' activated know that he didnt bother to read his/her email!! Is there anyway to hide from a person with Read Receipt??? Thanks!

I use OL2003 with an exchange server (Small Business Server). Each time I add folders to the 'Favorite Folders' section, they disappear after quitting OL. Does anybody know what I have to configure to save them?

Hi there. I've been asked to look at how to force users to have a standard Out-of-Office message. The idea is users would only have the option to switch OOA on of off, so all users have the same corporate message when they use OOA.
