I'm working in a Win XP environment using Office 2000.
This is what I want to do in Outlook 2000:
I want to generate a mailing starting from an Excel-sheet.

I've been playing around with Outlook and found that you can drag
calendar items between calendar folders no problem, but if you drag a
calendar item to a mail folder Outlook automatically creates an email
based upon the calendar item.

Why is it that I can connect to my hotmail account via internet explorer, but
the connection via outlook express often reports "server busy" or simply
won't connect on a "send/receive command?"  Sometimes, the mail shows up
later as if outlook has a mind of its own about when/if ...

My problem is that when I send attachments (*.jpg or *.psd photograps or

I am using Outlook 2003, previously used 2002 / XP.
I have one PST file (2002 format) that seems to have got corrupt.  I moved
half the content over fine to a new PST (2003 format) but a number messages

In Outlook 2003, I did a 'Detect and Repair...' command and lost my
downloaded email, Rules and Alerts and access to the news reader.
