I have a client who is using Outlook 2002 on a SBS2003 network. They chose not to use Exchange at this time, so they get their email from their ISP's POP3 server. The default setting in Outlook (on SBS2003 networks) is

This window keeps popping up every time OUtlook sends and receives, even though I check the box "Don't show this dialog box." Can anyone help me to turn the thing off? I also have Norton Antivirus scanning the incoming mail, if that makes any difference.

When closing the program, I often get an error message, the program reopens, then closes. The latest error message: "Instruction at 0x351687f2 referenced memory at 0x04884124. Memory could not be read. Does anyone have a suggestion. Thankyou.

I'm using Outlook 2k3 and Windows 2k. Outlook was hanging up and after reading the newsgroup postings I went into my personal personal settings folder and renamed outcmd.dat and outlook.srs. I then did a hard reboot since a soft reboot didn't work.

I was given these directions and I am just clarifying: Close Outlook. Find and rename outcmd.dat to .old. (If using Windows 2000 or XP, you will need to enable searching hidden and system folders.) Once you have done so, reopen Outlook and it should open fine. You will

I doubt anyone working on future versions of Microsoft Outlook will see or read this, but, if they do, then... 1) Please use the same option that Outlook Express 6 uses to go to Sent Items, right-click on messages, and view "Internet Headers". I know

I am using Outlook 2002 with XP (Home Edition) and have been for at least 1.5 years. Today, for no apparent reason, I got the "operation failed" error mesaage when I clicked Send/Receive. I still get any email when Outlook automatically seeks it, I just can't do it manually.
