I am a network admin for a small company and I want to know if there is a way to setup email accounts so that when a new user logs in to his/her account is all ready so that I dont have to run over to his/her system and set them up. We have a pop3 server for our inbound mail.

I have Outlook 2002 (Without exchange) running on my Dell PC with XP Home. Most of the time everything works fine, but from time to time when I open Outlook, it will ask me for my user name and passwords (for some of my POP3 email accounts).

Under TOOLS, options, general etc. the Most recent file list entry is greyed out. Cannot change it. I don't think it has always been like this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Running Outlook 2003. Have a strange thing going on. In the folderlist I have a datafile which I can not remove. I choose close personal folders and get an error that says an object could not be found. If I look at the datafiles registered with Outlook, there are none.

This maybe a stupid question...Is there any way for me to set the attachment function to go to an assigned folder? So when ever I want to add an attachment it will always go to that same folder?

I'm running Outlook 2003 against Exchange 2000. I've started using a Twarte personal email certificate. When I click Send, it pops up a dialog box about trying to access a protected item. I click OK and it works fine, but is there a way to avoid having to click this extra OK?

i am familiar w/outlook 2000 but have changed to 2003. how do you save incoming mail as word document files? the option does not appear in the "file type" box.
