for some years, but have now switched my email account to Outlook 2000 (sort
of on purpose - my laptop uses Outlook), with all the emails from OE6

I am running Outlook 2003 on WinXP Prof. and have had ongoing problems for
weeks. Outlook loads and then hangs. Running Detect and Repair fixes the
problem temporarily, as does renaming the outcmd.dat file, but after a few
hours of functionality, the hang problem returns.

I once saw a tuturial in my help topics on creating, in outlook and the
desktop, shortcuts that create new email for frequently used addresses. Does
anyone know where this info is? I send emails several times a day to my
associate and would like to use this feature.

I have an Exchange 5.5 server SP4, running on NT4 SP6a, the server caught a
few trojans last week (BKDR.SERVU types), this stopped Exchange form working
as no emails can come in or out, the trojans are now removed, but we still
cant get emails.

I have been using Outlook for email only. I don't need it for managing
contacts as I already use a contact managment program. I would like to know
however how to back up strictly the address book and groups within that
