When I try to open an email message (HTML) my email displays only the header, and the body is blank. I've installed all the service packs available for XP and Office 2003, but the problem persists.

I added news to the Go menu as per the instructions in Help, everything worked fine until I closed news and tried to open it again. It had vanished from the Go menu and when I work through the same sequence again, News is no longer in the Commands list.

When printing out pages of Contacts in Outlook 2003, there is always an extra sheet at the end of printing that lists all the fields but is empty. Is there a way to keep that sheet from printing? Neil
