All of a suddent, my Outlook stopped moving the sent messages from the
Outbox to the Sent box.
I've changed nothing, so now all the messages that have gone out stay in the
Outbox. They are not italicized, meaning they've gone out, but not

When closing Outlook connected to the office network at the end of day it
goes through synchronizing my off-line folders and then it seems to hang on

When I try to open an email message (HTML) my email displays only the
header, and the body is blank.
I've installed all the service packs available for XP and Office 2003, but
the problem persists.

I added news to the Go menu as per the instructions in Help, everything
worked fine until I closed news and tried to open it again. It had vanished
from the Go menu and when I work through the same sequence again, News is no
longer in the Commands list.

With our Enterprise edition of Exchange Server 2003 we purchased all of the
CAL's we required for out network. There seems to be a bit of confusion
regarding Outlook 2003. Some people state that we are now licensed to use
Outlook 2003 as long as we own an Exchange 2003 CAL. Others ...

I have recently migrated from Office XP to Office 2003.
My tasks are not viewable in their hierarchical order as they were in
outlook XP.
What's wrong?

When printing out pages of Contacts in Outlook 2003, there is always an
extra sheet at the end of printing that lists all the fields but is empty.
Is there a way to keep that sheet from printing?

We recently upgraded our server to Exchange 2003 and now Outlook has
