I have read many posts on this issue for other clients, but have never come
across a definitive answer for outlook 2002.  I have a desktop machine and a
laptop machine.  When I am going away from my desktop for any length of
time, I copy my pst files from the desktop to the laptop.  ...

I'm looking for suggestions as to how to recover my rules from a .pst file.
My machine has died but I still have the data files, and so I am trying to
recover them. I am using outlook xp
I have tried importing the .pst file using File|Import/Export and have also

We have a new employee who brought all of his previous e-mail files with
him.  PST, PAB etc.

Last night my Pc shut down on me while I was viewing my
inbox (outlook 2003).  Now when I open my inbox with
outlook it says:  Unable to display the folder-----and
gives the file name for my inbox.  I have tried repairing

I'd like to add a couple of buttons to the toolbar in Outlook 2003 to
perform a couple of specific actions.
1. I'd like a button that starts a send / receive check for a specific
"send / receive group".

I posted the following question several days ago and got a response from an
MVP but no repose to my reply.  Thaught it was an easy question but perhaps
I was wrong.

toolbar to display the "Current View" selection.  Unlike previous Outlook
versions (and contrary to Help), the pulldown does not list any of my defined

I imported contacts as a comma seperated file for windows into my profile,
if I click on the tab 'Contacts' I can view them but if I use the 'To' tab
with the address book icon beside it, there is nothing in it. How do I get
my contacts to show when I use the 'To' button
