now we cannot send or recieve mail.  Something to do with

Microsoft Office sould not sign or encrypt this message
because you have no certificate which can be used to send
from your e-mail address.

I just switched from Outlook Express to Microsoft Outlook
2000 so I can access a calendar.  I have discovered that
when I go into Tools, Mail Format, the Stationery and
Fonts and Signature buttons are grayed out so I cannot

Everyone I send an email to , using my distribution list,
gets the thing twice (at least).  They are not on the
distribution list twice, and the received messages can be
10 minutes apart.

I downloaded and installed Windows XP SP2 last night.
However, now I can't open Microsoft Outlook 2003 without
getting the following message:
"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open

I had a problem creating an Outlook profile.  I was
referred to creat such outlook profile under Control
Panel -> Mail.   I can see that I don't have any profile
there.  The list of profiles is empty.  So I click on

Every time I send an email, an attachment called
image001.gif goes as well.  I have checked and it is not
a virus and a can't get rid of it.  Anyone any
suggestions?

Has anybody else had the problem where a group is DL is
added in the delegates and permission set for the DL to
be Editor in the calendar.  Once this has been done and
you look back at the settings it has re-set back to NONE

Incoming mail attachments.They are listed when I click
the paper clip, but are greyed out and I can't click or
hightlight to open.
