What is the best way to upgrade an existing version of Outlook to 2003 (XP
to be exact) to have it create the new PST file format?  I have done a few
upgrades and it kept the old type of PST file that has the 1.8GB limit.

Receiving the following message in a blue box when
opening Outlook 2002.  I have to click "ok" many times to
make disappear.  Then, Outlook seems to work ok.  What is

I cannot send an Email to one address. All other addresses
seem to work.
How can I tell if the network has been setup to block that
address?

I've tried changing the encoding options. some sentences
are all squashed together, with no spaces between words.
Anyone have a clue as to what I can do?
