I am trying to get a newsgroup that deals only with Microsoft Outlook Express for e-mail but dont know which one it is. Is this one the right one' Micro.public.outlook "or not There seems to be a lot of confusion between Outlook and Outlook Express.

If I have a number of customers to whom I need to regularly send a message (same contents for all customers), but I do not want addresses of other customers to appear on a message received by a particular customer, how do I automate this in Outlook?

I've uninstalled Office 2000 and Office XP via Add/Remove Programs. I then used Microsoft's utility (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/252566/EN-US/) to remove the Office CD1. (I'm using Windows 2000)

I have configured a POP3 account in Outlook (XP) and can receive messages on it but can not send. All messages come back from "System Administrator" saying: Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

I know you go into options to do it, but the only option I see is Word 2003, and that is grayed out. I have Office XP, and Office 2000. How do you enable Word as the email editor using either of those office suites?
