Anybody ever used Outlook 2003 as an IMAP client? Please prompt me how to purge the messages which are marked as deleted? Outlook Express has two ways to do that, but MS Outlook seems to have none? Thank you,

please help when I right click on a folder in XP I can choose Send to 3 1/2 floppy what's wrong with it I used to have other choices eg mail recipient & mail recipient (as attacchment) how can i get this back??

Hi there! I've sync'd a 1000 outlook mailboxes before with no probs, but on one particular employee, you sync her inbox on exit, she has 127, but once you go back in offline, there are on 34 emails showing.

I cannot find a way to create a .pst file from my old OE 6.0 "folders' tree containing four years of saved email messages. There must be a way to save these files as a .pst and then import them. Regards

When I send an email now, it ends up in my Sent folder with the wrong From Address in the message header. It will either be blank for a different email account. This just started happening.
