When I try to attach a file it is being inserted in the body of my email, how can I change it so it merely is attached as a normal file not in the body of the email?

Yes this sounds strange, but I have a few users that their NEW emails do not automatically show up in their INBOX until they physically click on their DELETED box. Then all their new emails appear in the INBOX.

I have a user who has a signature in the form of a .png and wants to incorporate it in his outgoing/reply emails. I can do a simple signature in there but how do I get a .png at the bottom of all of his email?

When I copy & paste a link into an Outlook 2003 e-mail, it doesn't appear as a link (highlighted blue and underlined.) On the other hand, if I manually type an e-mail address or link into a e-mail, it appears as a link (highlighted blue and underlined.)
