At times when I hit snd/recieve my email sends out emails
or info.  It tells me that it it sending yet there is
nothing in my outbox?  When it completes there is then
nothing in my sent box.  Can anyone help resolve this

In Outlook 2002, component of Office XP, the name of my Inbox somehow got
corrupted and says something else. I cannot change the name using the context
menu for Inbox. Is there a way that I can change the name back to "Inbox?"

Using Outlook 2002 connecting to my ISP. I recently imported a .pst file that
contains contacts. If I create a new mail message and select the "To" button
to select addressees from the imported contacts folder and then send email, I
