I am relatively new to microsoft outlook, but it was working alright for me until about 2 weeks ago when everything in my inbox was gone. I also am not recieving messages that people have said they have sent me. Is there a reason why?

I can't recall how to setup the signature in Outlook so that it appears as a period on an email and you can right click on it to show and select your signature. Does anyone recall how to do that?

I use outlook xp at work and try as I might the pop up reminders do not pop up. I have gone into the tools menu and check all the appropriate boxes but still no reminders. Any body have any idea's thank you
