I've had something of a hunt around for answers concerning the Junk Email
capability in OL 2003 but I've been unable to come up with anything specific
and would be grateful for some help.
1.   It's v difficult to see exactly what the Junk Email filter is doing at

I'm using O2003.  When I sent emails I like to personalize them so I
need to copy the Full Name, title, Company and address into my email.
I have two questions.
Is it possible that when I click on New Message it automatically adds

My supervisor has been sending me Calendar events from his Outlook 2003
to my Outlook 2000 and instead of coming in as a Calendar event it
comes in as a plain text email with the full source of the event -

My Exchange server has SMTP Authentication enabled so users can send e-mail

I have a file with a 10mb attatchment.  It is in the outboux and will not
complete the send.  How can I delete it.  Nothing I have tried will allow me
to move, open or delete it.  I keep geeting the message that outlook has
already started sending.

I having a random problem with Outlook 2003 on a Windows XP Home machine.
Everything works just fine and suddenly when I go to check mail, either by

When deleting messages from the inbox they go to the deleted folder but will
not delete from the inbox folder.  I cannot find any information or any
setting that will change this.  Please let me know what direction I should
take.

Well, I have a very good network/ISP connection. Everything else works OK,
just when I get HTML emails. Am sure other people have a similar issue, no?
