My supervisor has been sending me Calendar events from his Outlook 2003 to my Outlook 2000 and instead of coming in as a Calendar event it comes in as a plain text email with the full source of the event - basically a bunch of mumbo-jumbo. Anybody know how to fix this? Or

When deleting messages from the inbox they go to the deleted folder but will not delete from the inbox folder. I cannot find any information or any setting that will change this. Please let me know what direction I should take.
