I have a user running Outlook 2000 sp3 which is part of a w2k domain
running exchange 2000.
I have USERA who is owner of a security group called Sales Department.
However, when she tries to add or delete a member from the group, she

When I create new message Outook XP prompt me an e-mail address if I sent
on this address e-mail ealier.
The function looks fine but How can I remove/delete one of e-mail address
? (unfotunatly I've written them with some mistakes)

I want to add "nickname" to a mail merge document.  When I try to insert
merge fields, "Nickname" is not on the list.

This is not a problem more of an observation and a hope of a change...
I had purchased a price of software from a well-known company which was
sent to me by e-mail. The software was sent as an ".exe" file and was
wholly valid and virus-free. As you have probably guessed, Outlook

I'm trying to configure Outlook 2000 to remove mail from my POP3 mail box
only after I've deleted it from my inbox or deleted mail. The corresponding
settings in Outlook Express are under the Advenced tab, "Remove from the
server when deleted from 'Deleted Items'" is checked.

Everytime I reply to an email with a signature, it adds an extra line
between paragraphs.  This looks terrible for multi-line entities such as
mailing addresses.
I use Outlook 2003 with Word 2003 as my email editor and the instructions
