After a power outage I could not open my outlook contacts, calendar or e-mails or addressbook. I have run a scan and a repair (twice)on the "Outlook.pst" file and each I go to File>Open>Outlook Data File>Outlook.pst (which is 222Mb in size) still

This is not a problem more of an observation and a hope of a change... I had purchased a price of software from a well-known company which was sent to me by e-mail. The software was sent as an ".exe" file and was wholly valid and virus-free. As you have probably guessed, Outlook

I'm trying to configure Outlook 2000 to remove mail from my POP3 mail box only after I've deleted it from my inbox or deleted mail. The corresponding settings in Outlook Express are under the Advenced tab, "Remove from the server when deleted from 'Deleted Items'" is checked.

The appointment function doesn't really seem applicable, is there a better way to do it? Once it is scheduled, how do I forward a copy to my assistant, so it is automatically entered and updated into her calendar?

Everytime I reply to an email with a signature, it adds an extra line between paragraphs. This looks terrible for multi-line entities such as mailing addresses. I use Outlook 2003 with Word 2003 as my email editor and the instructions
