Several times a day I receive a blank e-mail with no
information displayed. If you right click on blank e-mail
and chose options it will show a sender e-mail address
which is no good and you can't send an e-mail to them.

Whenever I open the Outlook Address Book, a dialog pops up telling me that
the contact list associated with the address book can't be opened.  Problem

I have setup two archived sent mail folders.  If I go into one of those
folders and forward an already sent email the new sent entry goes back into
the archived sent folder rather than the current sent folder. Thank you.

Have just switched from using Outlook Express to Outlook and cannot find how
to 'switch identity' when sending emails.  I have 5 email accounts and need
to send emails from each of them but I cannot find how to do this.  I am

I have read the instructions on how to enable email forwarding for the
Exchange Server but how do I setup a forward for an individual account?  I
want all incoming mail to my Exchange account from our internal network to be

It looks like reading newsgroups is done with Outlook Express 6  (easily
accessed thru IE6 by clicking Tools > Mail and News > Read News).
