Several times a day I receive a blank e-mail with no information displayed. If you right click on blank e-mail and chose options it will show a sender e-mail address which is no good and you can't send an e-mail to them.

Using Outlook 2003... Whenever I open the Outlook Address Book, a dialog pops up telling me that the contact list associated with the address book can't be opened. Problem is, there are clearly contacts listed in Outlook.

I have setup two archived sent mail folders. If I go into one of those folders and forward an already sent email the new sent entry goes back into the archived sent folder rather than the current sent folder. Thank you.

Have just switched from using Outlook Express to Outlook and cannot find how to 'switch identity' when sending emails. I have 5 email accounts and need to send emails from each of them but I cannot find how to do this. I am using Microsoft Outlook 2000.

I have read the instructions on how to enable email forwarding for the Exchange Server but how do I setup a forward for an individual account? I want all incoming mail to my Exchange account from our internal network to be forwarded to an AOL account. How do I do this?
