is it possible to customize the task form with a user defined field and call
on this form when you click New... in task view?

I am using OL98 with WinXP and I am observing that with three
different mail accounts that are set up I am only able to actually
send mail when I select the default account. Is this normal behavior
or am I doing something wrong?

Is it just me?  Why is it that on some days, my Outlook rules work, and on
other days, they don't?  On days when the rules don't work, if I run the
rule(s) manually, it(they) works, but still don't work automatically?  I'm
really missing something!

is there a way to tell outlook in the task list, if you have two tasks, and
one cannot start until the other one is completed.  without having to use
project.

Outlook v2000 will give an error when just scrolling through the Inbox:
"Outlook cannot correctly save the view. Any changes you made to the view may
be lost."

outlook 2002.  I tried the one for Outlook 97/98 and it did not load.

My Boss just came to me in a panic as he had a message on his screen about
consolidating his mail (how he describes it) and he told it Yes..   He now
can not find his saved Sent Mail....    Can you help?   Where did it go?

I keep a pst with essential info on a USB jump drive that I can take with me
and just plug in, wherever I'm working.
A problem I run into is when I want to remove the jump drive. Even after I

My company's sending out demos to clients in Flash movie (swf) format
but we're getting comments that the file doesnt get through on some
installations of Outlook/Outlook Express.

We are having problems printing html email messages with Outlook 2000.
Plain and rich text messages print correctly. On several PCs, when we
print html email messages it will only print the message header and I
