How I can use the old BCM database ? After installation one new BCM - this
create one new database - named 2. But before I use one BCM - with lot of
data and now I would like use this data. I have not any backup, only original
files with old BCM data.

Hi, my Outlook has been crashing when launched since yesterday. When I open
Outlook, the logo/banner appears, and then it crashes. It displays an error
dialog allowing you to send info.

Is there any way that I can insert/add a music file
(.wav, MIDI, .wma, etc.) so that when the recipient
receive the email the music plays automatically?

some email stays in my outbox.  other email goes.  the send/receive indicator
says all tasks were completed, yet there is some email that has not gone.  I

When I sent messages to the printer, only the body of the
mesage gets printed and not the From, To, Cc, and so on,
headers.

At my work, we use Outlook 2000.
I have my normal email mailbox address   andre@companyname.com , but I also
have access to another mailbox  "info@companyname.com"
When I send emails, the mesage always automatically shows the sender as

of the contacts, if I update the contact, is the email address in the
distribution list automatically updated?

This is a machine problem. I can logon to Exchnage using any other machine.
The machine that I cannot logon from has WinXP SP2, IE6 SP2. The Exchange
Server is 5.5 SP4. Win Firewall is running, but that is not a problem. When I
try to log on, the logon display reappears 3 times.. ...

When I print out my message I get a very confused date.  How can I reset or
