I have specified I want this to be the default folder opened upon startup
(by checking "When starting, go directly to Outlook Today" in Customize
Outlook Today), and also making sure Outlook Today is selected in
Options/Other/Advanced/Startup, but the program nonetheless starts ...

i can send and recieve messages i just hooked uo with cox
cable and it does not work . However my outlook express

i have several email accounts i need to manage. and cant figure out how to
set up outlook. I dont know my incoming and outgoing servers.

i delete all emails and empty them.    are these emails still on the hard
drive .  if so, how can i delete them.  in outlook express there is a folder

As a brute-force method of getting rid of spam, how can I set up Outlook
