As a brute-force method of getting rid of spam, how can I set up Outlook Express to delete all e-mail messages that contain ANY special characters? I don't need the whole host of foreign characters, symbols, bracket/curly brackets, and the like.

I've xp home and outlook 2003 pro sp1. I'd like to see the ms newsgroup in Outlook 2003 and not in Outlook Express as I use the Outlook as my email client. How can I switch over ? Thank you.

i can create different accounts but when i send/recieve all the mail from different accouts goes to the same inbox...not good...
