As a brute-force method of getting rid of spam, how can I set up Outlook
Express to delete all e-mail messages that contain ANY special characters? I
don't need the whole host of foreign characters, symbols, bracket/curly
brackets, and the like.

I tried everything I could think of and I still can not receive any E mail
with Outlook Express.  Most of the time I get the error message below.  Any

I have Outlook 2000-SP3 and Windows 2000-SP4.
I used to be able to click on an Internet link included
in an e-mail and my web browser would be launched.

i can create different accounts but when i send/recieve all the mail from
