I'm having problems getting the spam filters to work properly in Outlook
2003. I have multiple e-mail accounts set up in Outlook with e-mail being
redirected to folders with the Rules/Alerts command. The problem is that the
Rules seem to be redirecting e-mail to folders after the ...

I am running WinXP Home edition with Outlook 2000. I have five user
accounts set up with XP.  All five accounts have access to Outlook with
separate email accounts thru a single ISP.  4 of the 5 users can start
OL without problem and send and receive email.

A have a group of three POP email accounts and one IMAP account in
Outlook 2003 running off of Exchange 2000. I have email set to
auto-receive every 5 minutes. However, every now and then, one of the
POP accounts will fail to find a its server and the "Enter Network

I have an Exchange 2003 SBS Server, and I have just installed GFI ME10, and
I have enabled the Public Folders Spam filtering, What I would like to be
able to do is to have a button in Outlook that will move a message that has
been identified as Spam to the public folder which GFI ...

Currently Outlook is only allowing me to save embedded pictures as bmps.
I am not given the option of changing the file type to jpg, gif, etc.
How do I go about solving this?
I seem to remember someone saying that it had something to do with faulty

Can you guide me to a good book or user group site wehre I can get some hlep

I use Lotus Notes, I had Outlook installed.  I want to set up and send emails
via Outlook.  Whe Outlook boots up there is a send/receive option on the
toolbar.  When I write an email, the send/receive option is gone...I am stuck
with an email that is a draft that I cannot send?  ...

I am trying to forward ALL of my e-mails from Outlook at work to my AOL
account at home.  Any ideas how to do this????

I have created a rule that does the following
checks inbox for any new message with specific text
forwards those messages to a specific email address
moves those messages from inbox to an existing folder in outlook

I have a random problem with users getting a "cannot connect to POP3 server"
message & not receiving mail.  The POP3 address is correct.  The mail site is
up & working fine - in fact I can visit that URL at the same time I'm getting
the "POP3" message & it goes there just fine.  ...

Does this have the ability to see other users calendars just like Outlook for
Windows.  Do Public folders work the same also?

I have large number (100s)of emails in my INBOX and I want to add all
the addresses into the address book of Microsoft Outlook 2003.
Is there any tool/add-in/macro available that will do this

my outlook.pst file is huge.. i deleted a ton of emails and deleted the
delete folder.. also removed a bunch of sents  and cleared the deltete
dfolder.. but the file is still huge.. is there a tool within outlook that
clears out empty space or how do i make it smaller?  its about ...

Is there a limit to the number of entries one can put in a Contact List?
