for some reason, my outlook 2000 does not delete stuff from the outbox after it sends.. so the snt folder does not indicate that the message was sent.. and it stays in the outbox?? any ideas?

I am using Outlook as and IMAP client. When I try to use it configured as IMAP SSL, Outlook just continues to poll the server and eventually freezes. I have tried other email clients and they work fine. From doing some research, this seems to be a known issue, but does anyone

I got an email with a read receipt requested and I agreed for outlook to send it. For some reason the read receipt cannot be sent and I think there is a restriction from my POP3 account. Now everytime I try to send and receive it tries to send something that always fail.

My outlook is all-day opened and as a result it is pretty annoying to see it on taskbar , so I would prefer that when it is minimized to see it only in system tray , but not on taskbar ....
