A friend has a newsletter mailing list. She complains that Outlook ask her to correct e-mail has they go along and won't send the balance of the list until she provides a new e-mail. Is there a way to turn that feature off? All

When I try to send out a mass e-mail to my suppliers, I get their business fax in my contact list. Is there any way to deactivate this. Thanks for any help.

Lost my Norton AntiSpam folder by mistake and cannot get it back. It's in outwood express but not in my microsoft outlook. Have tried reloading both outwood and norton antispam but nothing.

Can I create a rule that will act on all e-mails a different folder besides the inbox (a folder that I created), and that will run at a specified time every day (or at least when I open Outlook)? thanks!

Our corporate HQ upgraded to Exchange 2003 a while back and we got licenses for Outlook 2003 as a part of the deal. Several people in my office have been successfully using word 2000 and Word 2002 as their email editor with Outlook 2003.

#1 Someone was telling me they have about 50,000 faxes they fax out and they come back into outlook. I haven't seen them yet but I am assuming they show up as attachments. Anyway, they want to collect that data and enter it into a database.
