#1 Someone was telling me they have about 50,000 faxes they fax out and they come back into outlook. I haven't seen them yet but I am assuming they show up as attachments. Anyway, they want to collect that data and enter it into a database.

Outlook 2002 sp3 doesn't find notes by Cyrillic text in them, only by digits, Latin letters. It finds some old Notes by Cyrillic text in them. How to correct this? ????????????

Have done something but not sure what and now Outlook will not close. In the Task Manager it is found that Word and Outlook are still running. To get Outlook to run again both processes have to be stopped. Outlook has been taken off the machine and put back again with no change. ...

i am running outlook 2003. is there a way to automatically turn an email to a task? i would think there is a menu item on the action bar or something. but it does not look that way.

I have implemented Exchange 2003 with a public folder structure. The strange thing is, I cannot see the pulic folders (only the root folders) in my Outlook 2003 installation on my machine. It is not a security problem, for I can access the public folders in OWA or on other machines.

I followed the on-line help... Tools...Options...Other... checked both boxes at bottom for Name tags etc. Messenger still wont appear.

Hi I use outlook 2003 and have installed the backup add on. I back up to a network drive or USB drive, but every time i turn on the program it keeps stating drive not available, and it takes many steps to get back to normal. Any idea how to stop this. Thanks Tim
