Downloaded the Incredimail For Office program but am unable to get Outlook to
import the Incredimail Address Book.  Cannot get Incredimail to export to
Outlook as don't have a file to export to.  Please advise how I can
accomplish the task.

Can I download a simple, brief introductory manual to outlook to circulate
around the office to help out those who have never used it before.--

When I get a link to click on that is in an e-mail nothing happens, I have
disabled all security and still no go, any ideas

Have Outlook 2002 and like to know if these are possible:
1.  Is there a default column setting when creating new folders?  When I
create new folders, the default columns are:  Importance, Icon, Flag,
Attachment, From, Subject, Received and Size.  Is there away to change this?

I have set up the rules to move my email to designated folders. I have tried
starting from "a blank rule"; but, it did not work. Then I would delete the
rule and start all over using "from a template". that didn't work. I use the

i'm using outlook 2003 and i don't know when (or why) this problem started
but when i click on the attach icon in an email and browse my files i DO NOT
SEE zip files in the displayed files.  If i create a zip file with the
browse window open i still do not see it.

When I send messages, there are often more messages being sent than what I
created. For example, I may send 2 e-mail messages, but my antivirus says it
is scanning three or more. But, when I check my outboc, there are only the
messages I have sent.

Somehow, I managed to change a setting (this I know- not guessing) that
permanently has removed my notifications of new email from the tray, instead

A user within our plant has been having issues with sending email
via Outlook 2000.  She claims that nothing has changed since yesterday

Somehow duplicate email addresses have made it into my contacts address
book.  Is there a script that I can place into the Views / Filter / SQL
Section which will allow all duplicated email addresses to be shown so that
I can delete them ?

I've just turned on the Junk Email function for Outlook 2002 on my computer.
There is a statement in the online help that you can download updated Junk
Email filters. I can't find any for Outlook 2002. There seems to be lots for
Outlook 2003.
