Using Windows XP Pro, and Outlook 2003, latest release as of today. I have like 35 custom Search Folders. I need to back them up. But since they are virtual folders, I need to backup the "settings" for them so I can recreate them on a new computer.

We have a user who is on Outlook 2003 who is not receiving colored fonts from another user although others are seeing it fine. Is there a special setting in Outlook 2003 which might be blocking these colored fonts?
