Since I have installed Windows XP service pack 2, I do not always get a notification that mail has arrived. I am using Outlook 2000. I have to click on another folder to get the new messages to show up in my inbox.

One thing I find very tiring about Outlook is how I have to configure the fields for every single folder manually. Every time I decide to add/subtract a field, I have to set it up for each folder. I have about 20 folders so this is time consuming.
