Forgive me for cross-postring, but I'm sure that I've seen a post on one
of these Outlook/Outlook Express newsgroups that explained how to ensure
that the address book in OE has the same entries as the Contacts in
Outlook, but I'm unable to find it.....

I recently switched to VOIP.
Does anyone know how to configure Outlook (2003) to dial a VOIP line?

i have something i want to do if you can help me on that , i'd appreciate

I understand that when one marks a sender of an email as 'Blocked'
this info is stored in the .pst file.
Is there anyway this info can be 'exported or transfered to another PC
so the user can benefit from all the 'blocked senders' already

How to add music and pictures to my messages.  I want to set one of my
pictures as the background to an email message.  I would also like to add a
song to the background so that when the recipient opens the message the song
starts playing.

I have a user that is unable to recover any deleted items from the Deleted

I have Office 2003 Pro installed and Outlook is connected to Exchange Server
2003.  When I open an email and or reply to one I get multiple instances of
the Standard Toolbar showing.  Sometimes 5-8 of them.  The Menu options
dissapeared too...like File, Edit...whatever.
