The boss in using WindowsXP and Outlook 2003.  The rest of us are using
Windows 2000 and Outlook 2002.  When I print an email with an attachment in
"memo" style it shows an icon of the attachment with the name of the
doucment attached.  The boss' does not.  It doesn't show that ...

I would greatly appreciate some advice on setting up outlook for accessing
newsgroups. I followed the first step as advised in the Outlook Online Help
pages os 'setting up the newsreader' but have however already encountered a

Can anybody tell me how I can copy datas - time schedules of callender,
to do notices - from an existing outlook to a new installed outlook on
another computer so that I can work there with that informations.

I have Outlook2000 SR/1 at work and Outlook2003 at home.  Right after I've
installed Outlook2003 at home, when I'm at work, I cannot shutdown my
Outlook2000 anymore.   Both Outlooks are checking/.sending mail from the same
Exchange server.  Pls help, thks.

My Outlook prevents all attachments from being opened. I thought I could go

We are running Exchange 5.5 and Outlook 2000 and 2003.
I have to people who share Contacts and would like to have the shared
persons Contacts show up as an Address Book.
There is no "Share this folder as an Outlook Address Book" shared Contacts.

I have my www/spamtrap email address deliberately configured so that it can

i am currently running outlook 2003, winxp sp2, sending mail from outlook
takes hours for the mail to be delivered, sending from oe is immediate. i
have disabled the firewall and antivirus software, the isp is wannadoo, what

We love the automatic header that appears on the top of messages in Outlook.
It shows things like... You replied on 5/5/2004 1:09pm etc, but would really

I've opened another user's calendar... I can close it by unchecking
that calendar in the "other calendars" box in the left pane.  Is that
the only way to close those calendars?  It's different than Outlook

In Outlook 2002, I use Rich Text as my default format for new mail. I
believe the default is HTML format.
I know some here advocate plain text only, but the formatting options
offered in Rich Text and HTML are useful for my purposes.

On our laptop my wife and I have two separate user IDs that we use to log
into Windows XP.  When we use Outlook, email that I download can't be seen by
my wife unless she switches to my user ID, and vice versa.  On our desktop we
