Adding Chinese holidays to Outlook 2002 Calendar24 Jan 2005 20:35 GMT4
I've been all over the place, looking for a way to add Chinese holidays
to the Outlook calendar.  Already checked within Outlook and Chinese
holidays are not on the list of countries available.  Taiwan, which
would probably be the same is also not available.  I've been to
Bracket ()24 Jan 2005 20:33 GMT1
On my Outlook 2003 in my contact phone numbers the area codes has () example
(787) 123-4545. I need to get rid of them in order to be able and use it on
my cellular or in my Outlook to dial the number. The system does not allow me
to use it because of the bracket.
Is it poosible to change the received e-mail account in a message 24 Jan 2005 20:26 GMT1
I recently added a second e-mail account to my setup and at the same time
changed my inbox view to group by e-mail account. Now during the setup (I
assume) some emails arrived and are now showing as having come through the
wrong account (I know this by checking the message ...
scheduling routine, but recurring, tasks24 Jan 2005 20:23 GMT1
I have several "processes" that take place in the office on a regular basis.
For example, when a new client begins, we have a laundry list of 14 tasks
that take place anywhere from day one, when the client says "yes" to three
months later.
Exporting email addresses from mailing list24 Jan 2005 20:22 GMT1
Outlook 2000...  I have several mailing lists (Groups) in my contacts
folder and I want to export some of them to Access or Excel.  Just the
names and the email addresses.
Can this be done and if so, how do I do it?
Limitations of voting buttons24 Jan 2005 20:20 GMT1
I have an end user running Outlook 2000 who needs to use a lot of voting
buttons (34).  However, whenever we put in 34 buttons, it doesn't save
them/send them with the e-mail messages.  I believe this is because the
maximum number of voting buttons is something below 34.  My ...

We have Outlook 2003 with the latest exchange server at our office.

original appointment, what about updates when the appointment time ...

How can I put an email address from someone in my contacts folder ?

Anyway to view actual conversation with server?24 Jan 2005 19:49 GMT4
Outlook 2000. Anyone know if there's a way (natively or with any 3rd
party product) to view a log of the exact conversation between Outlook
and the mail server? I want to see where there is a problem occuring.
Thanks.
View all messages by conversation24 Jan 2005 19:47 GMT8
I'd like to view all messages by conversation not just the inbox.  Viewing
by conversation is not
very useful if you can't see the whole conversation.
Is there any way to display all messages in a single folder without having
Brithdays & Anniversaries get recreated from time to time - how to stop this?24 Jan 2005 19:38 GMT5
Apparently Outlook occasionally (I guess at the begin of a year)
recreates recurring appointments from the birthdays and anniversaries
that it finds in my Contacts-entries.
What's annying about this is, that for lots of birthdays I now have
Outlook 2002 questions24 Jan 2005 19:33 GMT2
Hello, on starting Outlook 2002, I would like Outlook to automatically dial
a connection, and send/receive immediately - but I would prefer it not to
perform a background send/receive every x minutes.  Is it possible to do all
this?
Microsoft Outlook Newsreader  Office 2000  Hyperlink Search  Any way to turn it off?24 Jan 2005 19:29 GMT2
When I download a message in parts, especially with yenc encoding, Outlook
begins a hyperlink search on the message.  If I don't get the parts combined
and saved really fast, this search will slow or almost stop the combining
and saving of the message.  Outlook Express also has this ...

I'm running Outlook 2003 on a laptop that I use for connecting to work and
for home use.  I have two user accounts set up under XP, one for each role

Exchange server via VPN and I have offline caching ...
