I am getting error when I ry to archive my mailbox. We have Exchange 2000 with SP3 and I am using Outlook XP with SP3. Here is what I get "Error while archiving folder "Inbox" in store "Mailbox- <username>". Unknown Error"

Ever since I started using Norton AntiSpam for my OUTLOOK emails, I keep getting a message whenever I designate that a message is spam. The message is "A program is trying to access email addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this."

Does a tool exist that can take a PST file and dump as much info as possible into accessable info ? The address book in plain ascii would be a start. Messages would be nice. I don't have a copy of outlook.
