When I send an Email to many recipients, each of the recipients can see all of the email addresses I sent it to. Is there a way to prevent this showing up when recieving an Email. Regards

I just installed Outlook 2002 and I am not seeing the send/receive menu off of the tools menu. I do have full menus showing. Also, creating a new message and attempting to send it is not working. Can anyone help? Jeff

AOL 9.0 permits members to save email on their own computer, but clicking on that file to open still seems to link back to AOL as if still on their server. Will Microsoft Outlook retrieve my email from AOL so that I can read it offline and truly save to my computer?

In the calendar I often put notes/direction on a daily appt, etc. When I print the daily appt I don't see these notes. When I print the individual appt - I can see the notes but this creates numerous sheets of paper. Is there a way to printall this info on one daily sheet?

I am using Outlook 2003. I frequently receive email in my Junk folder even if I added the sender to my safe-senders list already. I am wondering if the rules/alerts I setup (to forward to Junk folder) are applied before the safe-senders list. Any help would be appreciated.
