Outlook 2000 (9.0.02711) no service packs, running on windows 2000 sp4,

When i send an email they sit in the outbox instead of going to my sent items
folder. The items that are in my sent items folder cannot be moved or deleted
as it comes up with an error. Any help would be appreciated. Thank.

Is there any way to set Outlook 2003 to automatically check email every 10
minutes?  I know how to do it in other programs but I couldn't find the
option in Outlook.

future weeks. How will calendar items old than 2 weeks be deleted on the
SMT5600 with this setting? I use Archive at work to delete "clean up" my

Is there a way to clear out all of the names that are being autofilled
whenever I compose a new message?  I like the feature but I don't need some

Every time I add something to the my Rules (to get rid of spam), it does
nothing.  To test it, I make the message status as "Un-Read" then run the
rules on the inbox.  It never works.
I'm wondering, when you add more and more rules... how to get them to "OR"

Whenever I open an email in outlook, I get the message "You are now viewing
this message in the internet zone".  What does this mean to me?  Is it
something I can change if I so desire?  It's not causing a problem, I'm just
curious.

I have a client that has deleted a folder in Outlook Express ...whgen I go to
identities...I see the folder there ....
Is there a way to recover the folder in either Outlook or Outlook express.
