When you save a calendar as web page you get a kind of Teal/green/blue colour
scheme and I can see no way of setting the colour (Other than editing the
HTML). Is there any way to set this to a colour scheme of my choice?

I recently imported an Outlook 2003 .pst file from another machine.  In the
process I was left with two duplicate Personal Folders separate from the
imported one I renamed to My Folders.
In following the KB article titled "Remove a duplicate Personal Folders

   I ahve been getting messages with no From and Subject. I certainly do
