After adding the "News" command to the "Go" menu as described in the Outlook 2003 help menu, the command no longer shows up in the "Add or Remove Buttons" command list and has disappeared from the "Go" menu. I tried restoring Outlook but still can't locate the command.

How do I set up my Outlook 2003 to work from home, but leave the messages on the server (as I do at the office)? I right-click Outlook and choose Email accounts. I choose Microsoft Exchange Server.

I use Outlook 2003 on two machines. I copy the PST file back and forth which works fine except that the categories are not traansferred. Is there a method to transfer catergories between two machines without having to retype them in again?

If I set the email 'rules' option in Outlook or Outlook express to detect the word "pain", they both also pick up the word 'Painting" as well. Is there a way to prevent this? Thx

I'm restoring a defective hard drive not completely backed up. If I can get most of the data back, is there a particluar place (directory) I should look to find and restore email with Outlook 2003? Am I in for a nightmare trying to restore? <g>

just loaded outlook 2003 on windows xp. the older version of outlook i could go to "message" and click "forward as attachment". withthe new version i can't find this option.

Does anyone know if there is a limit tothe number of contacts you can have in Outlook 2000? And what happens if you go beyond this limit? Do your contacts start disappearing?
