After updating a windows XP machine with Office 2000 service pack 3 unable to

I have a Local and Public Folder. They show things like Inbox, Sent Items
etc. They both also have their own Contacts folder.
I wanted another local Folder so I went File, New, Outlook Data File. This
has given me a folder I have called Local2. But, it only shows Delete Items
