I have a user who is unable to open/view any accepted
calendar items that are sent as recurring meetings.  
Anytime she atttempts to open them she gets the following
message:

I'm using Outlook 2002 but cannot open attachments and links contained in
received messages.  Suggestions?

I have users that using Outlook 2003 Cache option and they report that the
Outlook sometimes freeze when they are connected via slow links. I found
that the reason is client side rules (that move incoming mails to local
PST).

Since installing XPP SP2, I find that OLK2K3 locks up VERY FREQUENTLY. I

Anyone have any idea how to correct this problem.
I have my hotmail e-mail account set up inside outlook. Whenever I
click on the inbox, I get a permission denied error. A script file
stops at the following:

When I get attachments with pictures into my Outlook Express in box they are
always displayed on the body along with the attachments.  I don't want to
have them on the body of the email.  What can I do to change this option?

I have tired to get the News button under the Go menu in Outlook 2003, but

when I look at the Navigation Pane in my Outlook folder  list, I have what
appears to be a duplicate of my Personal file structure.I also have an
Archive folder visable.
I only have one account set up on my single user computer.
