I am creating a second profile for Outlook, for a new email address, with the option to select which one I open each time I go into Outlook. How can I take the existing Contacts folder for Profile 1 and copy it for Profile 2? Thanks for any help.

Anyone know how to pull an address off of an e-mail and put it in to the contacts list without cutting and pasting the seperate sections such as city, state, zip? I would like to be able to do this in one fail swoop. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

We are using MS Exchange Server 5.0 and actually the only reason why we bought that (years and years ago) was to have a shared address book for anyone who logged on to the LAN and used OL. Perhaps not the best solution but that is what they recommended at the time.
