i loaded msn explorer premium..bad idea.  anyhow, after its installation,
and even after its uninstallation, i lost the functionality of right
clicking a file, and sending to a mail recipient.  The option is still
there, but once i click these items, nothing happens.

Sometime, email does not reach to the recipients because of problems with
their server.   In that case, I would like to re-send the same email (from
"Sent Items" folder).  How can I do it?   I do not see any re-send button.

Server info: My Exchange server is 2003 on Windows 2003 Server.
Workstation info: Windows XP, SP1, Office 2003, Outlook 2003.

Using Outlook XP there does not seem to be the facility to import/export
email accout settings which I was able to do in Outlook 98.

I am looking for a synchronization app for Outlook 2003 which will

I am sending emails with "request delivery receipt".  I AM receiving
conformation emails that the mail was sent, however I want to keep track in
the sent items folder.  Outlook help tells me to click on the "tracking tab"
