....My PC is Win XP Pro, Office 2000 and Outlook 2003.  I just tried to set
up Outlook to be my NewsReader but was not able to find "NEWS" in the "GO"
menu customize of items.  IE, I was following the instructions in the HELP
panel.

My rules don't run anymore.  I have to run them manually.  I know there's a
known problem as far as not running when you first start OL up, but even
when its been running, they don't seem to be working.  If I go in manually

Some of my users are experiencing this problem. They keep
getting this popup message stating:  A program is trying
to access e-mail addresses you have stored in outlook.  Do
you want to allow this?  If this is unexpected, it may be

I have a Windows 98 computer with Outlook 2000 running and I have three
different users setup on that computer under control panel-users.  But when
one receives a message, they all can see it.  Example (user #1 is logged in,
gets a mail message, he goes to lunch, user #2 logs ...

trouble and had to uninstall my existing add-in program, Extended Reminder,
and then ultimately uninstall the Reminder Manager. Unfortunately it deleted

Hi, when we try to search for mail with the "From" field, we must put the
exact expression to find something.
For example, if we search for mathew@sfr.fr with only "sfr.fr" it doesn't
return anything, therefore, if we search with mathew@sfr.fr, it works.

I have company contacts in a public folder for everyone to use. Everything
works great except for the fact that when press the "To:" button the address
book comes up with email addresses and fax numbers. This is not the case with
my Personal Contacts. How can I get rid of these ...

I suspect that someone has developed an Outlook form for membership tracking
- more focused on home and children - I work for a church and seek someone's
custom form for this type of application.  
Is there a forms library?  Or someone who has created such a form?

Does Outlook 2003 in cached Exchange mode keep an offline copy of other
user's contacts (for example) that I open or does it only cache data
from the default mailbox?

A coworker was having problems with Outlook Express 6 - probably because of
the thousands of e-mails he had stored in the program. Last week we
installed Outlook 2000 on his machine and imported all of his messages and
address book.

I've installed 2 add-ons for OL2003 and these add-ons have created their own
toolbars.
I've positioned these toolbars on 1 row (at the right of standard OL
toolbar), but when OL starts, the additional toolbars are positioned on 2nd
