How can I insert an image at the top of each of my outgoing email messages?  
I tried creating a Stationery, but it seems to only let you add a background
image.  I don't want a repeating background image, but only a "header" image

After installing SP2 all my contacts in outlook 2002 have disappeared...And
of course I dont have a current archive but even the last one cant be
