We are having a problme converting our Outlook client authentication from NTLM to kerberos. We are in a windows 2003 clustered environment running Exchange 2003 in native mode. When we specify in the Outlook security settings to use kerberose only, the user can't logon.

At work we're running Outlook 2000 SR-1. I've done some reasearch on the didtheyreadit spyware and how to turn that capability off. I don't have access to the registry and don't really want to do anything too drastic.

Every time I create a new folder in my Outlook 2003 program, the message list (ie the top right panel of the usual 3 panel display) is always grouped. As I hate this format I have to keep right-clicking on the titlebar, go to 'Arrange by' and then uncheck 'Shown in Groups'.

is there a way to configure outlook to store sent mail online for a pop account. I do not have imap capability with my provider (charter), but would still like to use outlook and be able to view my sent mail from multiple locations. Thanks.

When we cc someone, typing in an external address like al@metaresponse.com, it resolves to the internal Exchange address, so if the recipient gets it and hits REPLY ALL, they will get a bounce since the internal address can't be used from the sender's end.
