I have two different POP accounts configured. I want to know how to configure outlook to download the mail from the accounts into different folders, that way I don't have to seperate it myself. I am using Outlook 2003. Thanks

Outlook 2003 Does anyone know what the new way to apply one set of Folder view settings to EVERY folder in Outlook? I thought there used to be a button to "Apply to All Folders", but now, in the Customize dialogue, there is not one.

I rarely set myself time-sensitive reminders, so what I have to do is go back into every task I have just set and remove the reminder option. How can I set up Outlook so that it does not automatically set a reminder for all my tasks?Thanks!
