This may the most basic question anybody's posted here in a while, but I'm having trouble with deleting messages in Outlook on my new work account and going directly to the next time-based message. I've got my messages sorted based on time in descending order like

i am using ol2003, and every item that i am creating and sending is saved in the sent items folder. msg's that i recieve and forward them, do not get saved in sent items folder.

When I delete an email, it stays there in my inbox with a line through it..is there a way to delete and remove from the inbox so that its in the folder of deleted items and not with the other messages in the inbox..?
